Free Trampoline School for Young Children

trampolineWe are more than happy to announce that due to popular demand North West Gymnastics will be hosting free trampoline classes for boys and girls. Classes for the boys will take place on Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm, while the girls’ lessons will be on Wednesday from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.

What is trampoline gymnastics?

Trampoline gymnastics, also known as trampolining, is an Olympic sport in which gymnasts perform acrobatics while bouncing on a trampoline. The first modern trampoline was made in the 1930s by George Nissen, who later founded a company engaged in manufacturing and selling trampolines. The activity quickly turned into a competitive sport in the US and was later widely adopted in the UK.

Why trampolining?

Jumping on a trampoline is probably something your child already enjoy so why not turn it into a great hobby? Training as a gymnast will help your child build up confidence while having fun and enjoying their free time. It will improve their strength and flexibility as well as keep them active and healthy. All classes will include hit music soundtracks and other entertainment, creating an environment that stimulates learning. Children will be encouraged to learn new tricks and routines but there will also be fun games to play as well as teambuilding activities.

In addition to learning trampolining, we promise to inspire your children to develop a sportsmanship attitude and to strive for fair play, good manners and ethical behavior and honesty.

Is it safe?

Our club is known for its exceptional safety standards and our coaches are fully qualified with years of experience. We will make sure that all activities are safe and that your child feels at ease at all times.

Why is it free?

We are able to provide these classes for free thanks to the generous sponsorship of online betting and casino company Betsson. We wanted them to be free because we’d like to inspire more young children to take up gymnastics as a sport.

We hope that your children will enjoy the lessons and express interest in signing up to our more advanced classes following completion of the course.

If you are interested in the classes and you want to know more don’t hesitate to contact us. If you want to register your child we will take down your details and send you the registration form.
